This is a private reference site, not the sheriff, jail, police, clerk, Indiana Department of Correction, any government office, or a removal service. We cannot confirm custody or release, pull an official booking record, correct an agency record, post bond, release anyone, or remove an image from another publisher. Contact the office that owns the record.

Allen County Official Contacts

The following routes match common questions with the source that maintains the answer:

  • For current county custody, start with the official inmate search or call inmate information.
  • For an older booking sheet or identification photo, use Sheriff's Records. A narrow request should name the person, record, and date.
  • For an incident report, contact the agency that created it. Fort Wayne and New Haven city reports use their city channels; sheriff reports belong with Sheriff's Records.
  • For a filed charge or final disposition, use Indiana MyCase or the Allen County Clerk. Booking allegations can be reduced or dismissed.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Indiana Department of Correction offender search, then IDOC Offender Records if needed.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP locator or ICE detainee locator.
  • For a warrant question, use the sheriff-designated search and verify specifics with the Warrants Division or issuing court.

A response deadline under Indiana APRA is not a promise of production. In-person or telephone requests generally receive a response within 24 hours, while mail, email, or fax requests generally receive one within seven calendar days. Redaction, record age, and volume affect the reasonable production time. Sheriff's Records publishes no fixed booking-photo price, so ask for the current fee schedule and an estimate.
